Terms & Conditions
Settlement & Cancellation Policy;

– In order to secure the booking, 30 percent non-refundable deposit of the total estimated cost of the function (excluding rooms) is requested to be settled by 90 days prior the wedding day.

– Balance of the payment is to be settled by 30 days prior the wedding day.

– In the event of a cancellation, the Hotel should be notified in writing according to the following schedule and guidelines.

– Any cancellation made within 30 days will be charged 50% of the total sales.

– Cancellation made within 21 days/no show will be charged at 100% of the total sales.

– Prices are subject to change without prior notice

– We request that no food, beverages or entertainment are brought in without prior permission as they will be subject to service and /or labour charges as deemed necessary.

– We ask that any set up, decoration or display should be discussed in advance, in order that it be in keeping with the style of the resort in terms of colour, materials, type of entertainment, etc.

– For the consideration of the in-house guests, please note that entertainment allowed within the resort is acoustic music and traditional Balinese music/performance ONLY. The use of sound system is not permitted.

– Any entertainment played is bound by time constraints and sound level restrictions up to 10PM. Should anyone wish to continue listening to music it has to be in a very moderate level and subject to be inspected and agreed upon by the management. In the case of any objection from in-house guests, we the right to adjust the volume or stop the music.

– To allow us to implement your specific requirements according to your expectations, we encourage you to give us information on additional arrangements or changes no later than 14 days prior the function date.

– In the event of inclement weather the hotel reserves the right to move any open-air function to Bale Banjar and/ or Kura-Kura Restaurant. A decision on the alternative venue should be made 4 hours prior to the start of the function.

– The Oberoi Beach Resort, Bali considers safety of all guests and security procedures seriously. All requests require an advance notice of the involvement of any outside attendees or suppliers and they will be required to enter and exit the resort through the security gate and are subject to security search.

– Prices are applicable from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 and are inclusive of 21% Government tax & Service charge.
